At The Specialized Fitness Center we believe that the needs of an athlete, a senior citizen, and a person with autism all share the same needs. Those needs only vary by degree, not by kind. We strongly believe that all people deserve access fitness, so we've created an environment that is truly one of a kind. Here, you will find a knowledgable, supportive staff ready to meet the needs of anyone who would like to participate in fitness.
Our 12,500 square foot facility houses partnerships that bring a unique, inclusive vibe that has never been accomplished in the fitness industry! So, we united SpecialFit™ and Winning Edge Fitness to bring the community access to fitness for people of all ability levels.
10,000 square feet of matted fitness area, home to SpecialFit, Winning Edge Fitness and Team Mini Fridge Weightlifting Club, integrated gym programs housed in a full size modern gym open to all members of the family and offering Athletic Performance Training, CrossFit, Introduction to Fitness classes, Weightlifting classes, and daily workout regimes relative to fitness level and aimed to address issues of individual challenge.
Reid's gift, a small non-profit serving teens and adults in California. Staff, leadership, community partners, and volunteers work to create a unique approach that includes best practices and guidance from the fields of special education, psychology, applied behavior analysis, social work, rehabilitation counseling, recreation therapy, speech and language pathology, occupational therapy, and the medical profession.
POCWASN, a Non Profit Organization - 501(c)3. who's goal is to provide services to rejuvenate the mind, body and soul of the families/caregivers who dedicate themselves to the service of caring for people with special needs. They aspire to change the quality of life for all of their clients through the provision of excellent self care services. They are devoted to supporting the parents and primary caretakers of individuals with disabilities.
